Bungalows at Kehalani was a planned neighborhood of entry-level, single-family homes slated to be part of the Kehalani master-planned community on the lower slopes of the West Maui Mountains above Wailuku.  The developer was in the permitting process with no dates for construction and sales.  Approximately 174, 3- and 4-bedroom homes were planned. 

For reference, the tax map identifier for this subdivision is 2-3-5-1-89 and -90.  It's shown as Module 18 and Module 19 on the Kehalani master map.

The Kehalani Community Association has an excellent website listing the different projects comprising this community.  Included therein are maps and other information.  Association documents including Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws CC&R's, and Animal Regulations are available on the association website.  Other information therein includes the Financial Statement and Meeting Minutes.  Be sure to ask for official copies of these documents when in escrow.
