Ho'ole'a Terrace is a value-priced, 2-story condominium project within the community of Kehalani featuring 2 & 3 bedroom homes with a living area ranging from 751 to 953 sq. ft.  Ho'ole'a Terrace is a Stanford Carr Development on the lower slopes of the West Maui Mountains in Wailuku.  Sales in this fee-simple project began in late 2010 and are continuing.  Prices are in the $200K to $300K range and maintenance fees in the $200 to $300 range (as of December 2012),  Lower-priced units face the mountains and were originally reserved for owner-occupants.  The higher-priced units face the ocean and have been available to all buyers including investors.
