Kahana Villa condominiums are located on the mauka side of the highway in Kahana on Maui's West Side.  There are six 3-story buildings with a total of 100 one & two bedroom units which are eligible for vacation rentals.  Kahana Villa has all fee-simple ownership; no leasehold.  It features pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, and tennis courts.  It has access to Kahana Beach across the street.  I talked with a 20-year resident in 2017 who said that she likes the complex and enjoys being away from the Lahaina "craziness".  She comment that there was public beach access across the street but that the beach was "steep".
