Ask about a key difference between Kehalani and nearby Maui Lani

Kehalani is a large, master-planned community of homes, townhomes, duplexes, and condominiums located at the foot of the West Maui Mountains above Wailuku town.  Once complete, homes are planned to number around 2400, many of which are already finished and occupied.  Because of the slope and elevation of the land, views from many of these homes are stunning.  Many have unobstructed views of the harbor; others have obstructed ocean views but great mountain views.  Night views of the city lights spread out below are breathtaking.

Planned Kehalani neighborhoods are located on both sides of Honoapilani Highway.  Located east of Honoapiilani Highway are Halemalu, Kaimana, Kehalani Gardens, Nanea, Olena I & II.  Located on the mountain slopes west of Honoapiilani Highway are Akolea, Cottages at Kehalani, Hoolea Terrace, Iliahi, Kamani (new in 2017), Ke'Alohilani (new in 2017), Koa, Maunaleo, Milo Court, Ohia I & II, and Villas at Kehalani.  The Koa subdivision and Villas at Kehalani condos are gated projects located at the very top of Kehalani.  They are also have the largest living area and the highest prices.

The Kehalani Community Association has an excellent website listing the different projects comprising this community.  Included therein are maps (see comments below) and other information.  Association documents including Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws CC&R's, and Animal Regulations are available on the association website.  Other information therein includes the Financial Statement and Meeting Minutes.  Be sure to ask for official copies of these documents when in escrow.

The new Kehalani Village Center already has a tenant open for business with the Nov. 8, 2012 opening of Longs Drugs.  A Kehalani Village Center flyer is available for download.
