Gardens Upcountry is a small 40-unit townhouse project in Pukalani Maui.  Units are 2-story arranged in a "U" shape with a beautiful courtyard in the middle.  All units feature 2 bedrooms with 2 or 2.5 baths.  Living area of most is in the 1500 SF to 1600 SF range with a few that are smaller.  This is twice the size of many garden varity (no pun intended) condos of 750 SF.  The unit I recently toured had gigantic ceilings in the living room which I estimated to be about 18 feet high.

The complex is cleverly hidden below a hillside with only the rooftops hinting at what lies below.  Units have 2 parking stalls but there is no guest parking.  Adjacent shopping areas mitigate the absence of guest parking although parking may be restricted to those who are shopping.  One must wait patiently to buy as its popularity coupled with the limited number of units results in few resales.
