A casual drive through the lushly landscaped community may leave you with the impression that these are single family homes due to the creative architecture.  Assisting in that illusion is the arrangement of the garages so that only one of two garages is visible from a given location.  This project has it all with amenities including an infinity pool, spa, sauna, fitness room, showers, and library.  I like the "softness" of the gently-rounded curbs with numerous pouch-ins for guest parking which avoids blocking driveways.  Construction is wood frame.  Visit the larger Kanani Wailea free-standing condo homes located a mile north to compare.
