Koa at Kehalani is a gated subdivision which is part of the Kehalani master-planned community on the mountain slopes above Wailuku.  The developer, Town Island Homes, provided 5 different home models to choose from in addition to vacant lots for a custom build.  The developer has sold out this project but there are periodic resales available.  Contact me for copies of the floorplans

Koa at Kehalani consists of 72 homesites on the terraced slopes of the West Maui Mountains, right below the Wailuku Heights subdivision.  All homes have views of the West Maui Mountains.  Homes on the downward side of the streets have expansive views of the ocean, harbor, the city below, and Haleakala.  Homes on the upward side are mostly limited to nice views of Haleakala (in addition to the West Maui Mountains).  Homes have 3 to 6 bedrooms, 1,513 to 5,474 sq. ft. of living area, and are on lot sizes of 7,700 sq. ft. to almost half an acre.  Median home size is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. and median lot size is approximately 12,000 sq. ft.  These are beautiful homes at an elevation providing stunning views day and night.  Only Wailuku Heights sits higher than Koa.
