Maui Hill Resort is an appealing condominium complex at 2881 S. Kihei Road in South Kihei and near the beginning of the high-end Wailea resort area.  Maui Hill consists of twelve 2-story buildings with a total of 140 units built in 1981.  Architectural style is uniquely attractive and there is a range of sizes with 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units.  It's a resort complex with extensive use as short term vacation rentals. 

As of 2014, management is by Aston Hotels & Resorts LLC who has a front desk which is open for check-in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  It has both full ownership and a time share component. 

According to 2011 filings with the Hawaii state agencies, owner-occupancy is a small 2% and condo fees range from $522 to $873 per month.  Pets are prohibited.

Amenities include pool, hot tub, tennis, BBQ, and perhaps best of all, the nearby Kam III beach park.
